CMV: Resolution of the second 2017 collecting shareholders’ opinion

Camau Trading Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.03/NQ-ĐHĐ-2017 dated January 03, 2018 on the second 2017 collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing to approve the Long Hung Service and Trading Company Limited to receive the transfer of 2,012,642 shares of CMV from Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan. Therefore, the company do not need to implement the public tender offer.
