BCG: Capital contribution to set up Bamboo Agriculture

On January 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved to contribute VND2,600,000,000 to set up Bamboo Agriculture Company Limited. Therefore, Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company contributes 100% charter capital of Bamboo Agriculture Company Limited.
