On January 09, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the stock issuance documents as follows:

-          Resolution and Minutes of Annual General Meeting 2017 dated December 18, 2017 approving to plan for stock issuance;

-          Offer Registration Certificate;

-          Prospectus;

-          Copy of the Business Registration Certificate;

-          Copy of the company’s operation and organization charter;

-          Separate & consolidated audited financial statements in 2015, 2016 and Separate & consolidated financial statements Q3.2017;

-          Confirmation of the blocked account to receive money to buy shares;

-          Issue consulting contract;

-          List of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and Chief Accountant;

-          Other documents.
