Announcement by the State Securities Commission

After fixing the incident happened on January 22, 2018, the State Securities Commission would like to inform market participants and investors as follows:

1. The HOSE is set to come back to its normal trading operation from January 25^th, 2018.
2. The reference price for the trading session on January 25^th, 2018 is the last matched price in the trading day of January 22, 2018. In the case that there was no matched price in the trading day of January 22, 2018, the reference price for the trading day of January 25^th, 2018 shall be the closing price of January 19, 2018.

The State Securities Commission would like to inform all participants, investors and news agencies for media coverage.
