International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders under the method of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing dated January 23, 2018, as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Linh Giang as Member of Board of Supervisors.

2)    Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong to replace Ms. Nguyen Linh Giang as Member of Board of Supervisors.

3)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Si Thuan as Member of Board of Directors.

4)    Appointing Ms. Vu Thi Phuong Nga to replace Mr. Ho Si Thuan as Member of Board of Directors.
