On December 26, 2017, the BODs of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.119/NQ/HĐQT/2017 about the establishment of three branches, specifically as follows:

1)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Hau Loc, Thanh Hoa Branch

-    Address: highway 10, Hoa Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh

2)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Tran Yen, Yen Bai Branch

-    Address: hamlet 5, Co Phuc town, Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Sa Van Ngoan

3)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Tho Xuan, Thanh Hoa Branch No.2

-    Address: Nam Giang commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Do Tat Toi.
