The Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company approved the strategic investment in Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company (GEC) as follows:

-          Target company: Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: GEC

-          Address: 114 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province

-          Number of shares to be invested: 22,200,290 shares (22.87%)

-          Time of implementation: from December 2017 to June 30, 2018.
