GMD: Change of business registration certificate of Gemadept Shipping

On December 05, 2017, Gemadept Shipping Co., Ltd. received the business registration certificate granted for the first time on July 06, 2017 and amended for the first time on December 04, 2017 by the Planning and Investment Department of Hochiminh City. Accordingly, in order to restructure the Company according to the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2017, the owner is changed from Gemadept Corporation to Gemadept Shipping Holding Co., Ltd., a company wholly owned by Gemadept Corporation.
