1)     Ex-right date:           January 08, 2018

2)     Record date:            January 09, 2018

 The payment for the first phase of 2018 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           36%/ par value (VND3,600/ share)

Payment date:                          February 01, 2018

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Đầm Sen Water Park Corporation Company as from February 01, 2018.
