On December 20, 2017, the BODs of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.118/NQ/HĐQT/2017 about the establishment of three branches, specifically as follows:

1)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – My Ca, Khanh Hoa Branch

-    Address:  highway 1A, Nghia Binh area, Cam Nghia ward, Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Tran Van Kha

2)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Suoi Tan, Khanh Hoa Branch

-    Address: highway 1A, Dong Cau hamlet, Suoi Tan commune, Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Nguyen The Phong

3)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Son Thanh, Phu Yen Branch

-    Address: Son Tho hamlet, Son Thanh Tay commune, Tay Hoa district, Phu Yen province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Nguyen Thuy Trieu.
