-        Additional volume: 33,459,554 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND334,595,540,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 622,828,788 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND6,228,287,880,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: November 13, 2017

-        Reason of change: private placement to convert the debt.
