On November 09, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.411/QD-SGDHCM to allow SAM Holdings Corporation (securities code: SAM) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 180,235,336 shares

-        Additional volume: 61,550,367 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND615,503,670,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 241,785,703 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND2,417,857,030,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: November 13, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of bonus shares issued to increase the equity.
