DHM: BODs Resolution on asset mortgage at Vietinbank – Luu Xa Branch On November 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved the asset mortgage at Vietinbank – Luu Xa Branch, specifically as follows:
- Approving the additional mortgage assets of 04 lots of ground under the right of use of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Giang that the company has hired these lots under the Contract No.01/HĐTĐ-CNĐN/2016 to ensure the credit balance at Vietinbank – Luu Xa Branch. 4 lots of land include:
+ Lot of No.67, map No.50 under the Certificate of land of use right, Ownership of houses and other assets attached to land No. CĐ 821315 which was granted by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City dated August 15, 2016.
+ Lot of No.60, map No.50 under the land of use right Certificate, Ownership of houses and other assets attached to land No. CĐ 821316 which was granted by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City dated August 15, 2016.
+ Lot of No.62, map No.50 under the land of use right Certificate, Ownership of houses and other assets attached to land No. CĐ 821317 which was granted by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City dated August 15, 2016.
+ Lot of No.64, map No.50 under the land of use right Certificate, Ownership of houses and other assets attached to land No. CĐ 821319 which was granted by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City dated August 15, 2016. HOSE
