CDO: Adjustment of Annual General Meeting 2017 is unsuccessful On November 24, 2017, the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Consultancy Design and Urban Development JSC was organized at Sa Huynh Beach Resort, National Highway 1A, Sa Huynh, Duc Pho, Quang Ngai.
The total number of invited shareholders is 2,692 shareholders, representing 31,504,975 voting shares. However, until 14:30 of November 24, 2017, the number of participants was 6 shareholders, representing 3,834,234 voting shares, equivalent to 12.17% of the voting shares.
Therefore, the number of participants was less than 65% of the voting shares. The 2017 Annual General Meeting of Consultancy Design and Urban Development JSC was not eligible to proceed.
