On October 19, 2017 HOSE issued an announcement regarding the change of listing of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company (stock code: SBT) as follows:

-        Additional listing volume: 303,830,405 shares

-        Reason of change: stock issuance for BHS’s stock swap.

-         Total listing volume after change: 557,018,673shares

-        Total listing value after change (based on par value): VND5,570,186,730,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  October 17, 2017

-        Official trading date:  

+ For 297,505,680 shares will be transferred freely and trading on November 06, 2017.

+ For 3,179,453 shares will be restricted the transfer and trading on April 25, 2018.
