On October 19, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.371/QD-SGDHCM to allow DongHai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (securities code: DHC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 25,584,603 shares

-        Additional volume: 2,558,246 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND25,582,460,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 28,142,849 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND281,428,490,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: October 23, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the payment dividend.
