Royal International Corporation announces the conclusion of tax inspection dated October 06, 2017 as follows:

-          Period of inspection: from January 01, 2015 to December 31, 2016

1)    Total tax arrears, administrative penalty, late payment: VND1,518,054,694. Of which:

-          Tax arrears: VND1,088,498,471. Of which:

• Value added tax arrears: VND89,545,420.
• Corporate income tax arrears: VND998,953,051.

-          Administrative penalty: VND219,799,694.

2)    Reduction of loss: VND20,202,734,566.
