AAA: Adjustment to the plan for purchasing HII shares

The Board of Directors of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company (code: AAA) decided to adjust the plan for buying the shares of An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company (code: HII) as follows:

-          Number of HII shares to be bought: about 15.81% of HII’s charter capital, in order to ensure the holding ratio of AAA in HII to be 51%

-          Buying price: market price

-          Trading period: in 2018

-          Financial resource: AAA’s undistributed after-tax profit.
