LDG: Decision on the change of listing

On October 17, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.368/QD-SGDHCM to allow LDG Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: LDG) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 106,457,512 shares

-        Additional volume: 53,500,294 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND535,002,940,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 159,957,806 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND1,599,578,060,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: October 19, 2017

-        Reason of change: private placement to strategic investors.
