-        Additional volume: 303,830,405 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND3,038,304,050,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 557,018,673 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND5,570,186,730,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: October 17, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the stock swap.
