On October 03, 2017, BODs of Consultancy Design and Urban Development JSC approved to organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting time: expected in November 2017

-          Record date: October 23, 2017

-          Content:

+ Approving the report on the BODs activities in 2016 and plan for 2017;

+ Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2016 and plan for 2017;

+ Approving the audited financial statements in 2016;

+ Approving the profit distribution plan in 2017;

+ Approving the remuneration payment for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2017;

+ Approving the selection of the auditing company to audit the financial statements in 2017;

+ Approving the resignation of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board member;

+ Approving the additional appointment of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board member;
