TDH: Information on business result in Q3.2017

On October 03, 2017, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation announces the business result performance in Q3.2017 as follows:

1)    Approving the parent company’s business result:

Unit: million dongs

-          In Q3.2017, the parent company’s net revenue achieved 595.4 billion dongs, increased 133.3% YoY and profit after tax achieved 32.2 billion dongs, increased 6.4 times YoY. Accumulation of first nine months of 2017, its net revenue achieved 1,121 billion dongs, increased 106.8% and profit after tax achieved 103.5 billion dongs, increased 87.1% YoY. So, the company completed 101.45% of 2017 plan (102 billion dongs).

2)    Approving the consolidated business result:

-          In Q3.2017, the company achieved 659 billion dongs, increased 97% YoY and profit after tax achieved 40.5 billion dongs, increased 5.5 times YoY. Accumulation of first nine months of 2017, the company’s net revenue achieved 1,413 billion dongs, increased 90.1% and profit after tax of the parent company’s shareholders achieved 127.7 billion dongs, increased 83.8% YoY. So, the company completed 98.2% of 2017 plan (130 billion dongs).
