ASM: Board resolution on fractional shares

Sao Mai Group Corporation announces the Board resolution dated October 02, 2017 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors of Sao Mai Group Corporation approved the plan for issuing shares to pay dividend for 2015 and 2016 as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to be issued: 21,993,986 shares

-          Number of shares distributed: 21,993,408 shares

-          Number of fractional shares: 578 shares

2)    The Board of Directors approved to round the fractional shares down. Therefore, 578 fractional shares will be sold to Mr. Vu Van Thanh at VND10,000/share. And, the total selling value will be VND5,780,000.

-          Payment date: October 03, 2017

-          Payment place: Head office of Sao Mai Group Corporation, 326 Hung Vuong, My Long, Long Xuyen, An Giang.
