RDP: Notice of transfer of stake

RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated October 02, 2017 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to transfer a part of its stake at RangDong Long An Plastic Joint Stock Company to Sojitz Pla-Net Corporation.

-          Number of shares owned by RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company before transfer: 21,250,000 shares, accounting for 85% charter capital.

-          Number of shares to be transferred: 5,000,000 shares, accounting for 24% charter capital.

-          Number of shares owned by RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company after transfer: 16,250,000 shares, accounting for 65% charter capital.

2)    The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Ho Duc Lam as its representative managing its contributed capital at RangDong Long An Plastic Joint Stock Company in 05 years from October 10, 2017.
