SBA: BODs Resolution No.03 _ 12 Sep 2017 Song Ba Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.03 dated September 12, 2017 as follows:
1) Approving the business result in Q2.2017:
- Total commercial electricity: 52.19/48.50 million kWh, achieved 107.61%;
- Revenue: 57.33/52.89 billion dongs, achieved 108.39%;
- Profit before tax: 20.15 billion dongs;
- Profit after tax: 18.03 billion dongs;
- EPS: 599 dongs/share.
2) Approving the business result in first six months of 2017:
- Total commercial electricity: 130.45 million kWh, achieved 62.42% of plan;
- Revenue: 140.38 billion dongs, achieved 61.03% of plan;
- Profit before tax: 59.62 billion dongs, achieved 73.25% of plan;
- Profit after tax: 54.13 billion dongs, achieved 71.61% of plan;
- EPS: 898 dongs/share; achieved 71.84% of plan.
3) Approving the business plan in Q3.2017:
- Total commercial electricity: 68.50 million kWh.
- Total revenue: 81.96 billion dongs, revenue from electricity production: 80.86 billion dongs.
- Total expenses: 45.98 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 35.98 billion dongs
- Profit after tax: 34.17 billion dongs
