NKG: Notice of adjustment of foreign ownership limit

On September 13, 2017, HOSE received Official Document No.18399/VSD-DK dated 09/12/2017 by the Vietnam Securities Depository regarding the foreign ownership limit of NKG. Accordingly, the foreign ownership limit of NKG shares of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company will be increased from 49% to 100%.
