STG: Notice of adjustment of stock type
According to the Board resolution dated September 14, 2017, the Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of stock type from “Restricted stock” to “Common stock” as from September 15, 2017 for 199,322 shares in the stock offering under Resolution of General Meeting 2016 dated April 20, 2016.
