-        Number of shares before additional listing: 30,000,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 9,000,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND90,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 39,000,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND390,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: September 29, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
