TIC: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On September 28, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.1086/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company (TIC):

-          Number of shares delisted : 24,656,988 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND246,569,880,000

-          The stock TIC is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.351/QD-SGDHCM dated September 28, 2017.

-          Reason: Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company delists its shares in order to merge with Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company.

-          Effective delisting date: October 12, 2017

-          Last trading date: October 11, 2017
