Exim Land Corporation: Notice of cancellation of auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the cancellation of shares auction of Saigontourist Holding Company in Exim Land Corporation as follows:

     Until 16:00 on September 01, 2017 - the deadline of registration and deposit of the selling shares of Saigontourist Holding Company in Exim Land Corporation, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.261/QĐ-SGDHCM dated July 21, 2017 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares of Saigontourist Holding Company in Exim Land Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
