BenThanh Investment Trading JSC: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of BenThanh Investment Trading Joint Stock Company Limited (Owner: Saigon Industry Corporation) as follows:

           Until 16:00 on August 17, 2017 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.274/QD-SGDHCM dated July 28, 2017 promulgating the share auction regulation of BenThanh Investment Trading Joint Stock Company Limited, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
