VCI: Proposal to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing

According to the resolution dated August 21, 2017, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCI) approved the proposal to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing on issuing and listing covered warrants. Accordingly, VCI announced its intention to offer, issue and list covered warrants in many phases in 2017.
