Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company announced Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2017 as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation and additional voting of the Board of Directors member for the period 2013 – 2018.

2)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Quoc Vu as member of BODs for the period 2013 – 2018.

3)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Dinh Van Son as member of BODs for the period 2013 – 2018.
