NAV: Board resolution on property liquidation

On August 12, 2017, the Board of Directors of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company approved to establish a property liquidation board including the following persons:

-          Chairman: Mr. Ton That Manh (Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, cum CEO)

-          Members:

• Mr. Pham Minh Tuyen (Deputy CEO);
• Mr. Nguyen Trung Minh Anh (Deputy CEO);
• Ms. Tran Thi My Thanh (Chief Accountant);
• Mr. Le Huu Thuan;
• Mr. Nguyen Phi Vu;
• Ms. Hoang Thi Cuc.
