The Board of Directors of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved the sale of treasury shares as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to sell: 8,080,000 shares

-          Trading period: expected from September 11, 2017 to October 11, 2017

-          Trading method: order-matching

-          Daily sales volume: from 242,400 shares to 808,000 shares.
