MSN: Decision on the change of listing

On August 23, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.308/QD-SGDHCM to allow MaSan Group Corporation (securities code: MSN) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 1,147,496,374 shares

-        Additional volume: 9,877,600  shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND98,776,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 1,157,373,974 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND11,573,739,740,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: August 25, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
