TVS: Decision on the change of listing

On August 23, 2016, HOSE issued Decision No.307/QD-SGDHCM to allow Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (securities code: TVS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 53,429,506 shares

-        Additional volume: 4,441,535 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND44,415,350,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 57,871,041 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND578,710,410,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: August 25, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity and the dividend payment.
