The Board of Directors of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to pay 8% cash dividend for 2016:

-          Charter capital: VND1,370,973,230,000.

-          Payment ratio: 8%/charter capital (800 dongs for a share)

-          Total payment amount: VND109,677,858,400.

-          Record date: August 21, 2017

-          Time of payment: September 11, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company as from September 11, 2017.
