The Board of Directors of An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to issue new shares for the dividend payment of 2016 as follows:

-          Issue date: Quarter III – Quarter IV/2017

-          Consulting firm: MB Securities Joint Stock Company

Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
