-          Par value: VND10,000

-          Record date: August 31, 2017

-          Purpose: to swap stock

• Swap ratio: 1: 1.02 (On the record date, those who own 01 BHS share will receive 1.02 SBT shares.)
• The shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
• For example, shareholder A owns 90 BHS shares. With the swap ratio of 1:1.02, he or she will receive: 90 x 1.02 = 91.8 SBT shares. However, after rounded down, the number of shares he or she receives is 91 shares.

-          For the shares listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE):

• Delisting date: August 30, 2017
• Last trading date on HOSE: August 29, 2017
• From September 01, 2017, BHS shares shall not be valid for trading and transfer in the market.
