VSI: Board resolution on stake transfer at Dia Loi

According to the Board resolution dated February 21, 2017, the Board of Directors of Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JSC (WASECO) approved to transfer its entire stake at Dia Loi Housing Investment and Development JSC. Accordingly, WASECO will transfer 950,000 shares, equivalent to 95% of the charter capital of Dia Loi Housing Investment and Development JSC, via auction. The beginning bidding price will be 31,222 dongs/share.
