VIP: BODs Resolution on holding for 2017 AGM

According to the Resolution No.55/NQ-ĐQ dated February 22, 2017, BODs of  Vietnam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company approved the holding for 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and dividend payment as follows:

1. To organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: March 10, 2017

-          Meeting time: 7:30AM, Friday, April 14, 2017

-          Meeting venue:  Floor 9th, 22 Ly Tu Trong, Hong Bang, Hai Phong.

2. To pay first cash dividends for 2016:

-          Record date: March 10, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 8%/par value (800dongs/share)

-          Estimated payment date: April 13, 2017
