VSI: Board approves to contribute capital to set up Gia Tan Company

According to the Board Resolution dated October 12, 2016, the Board of Directors of Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (Waseco) approved the policy on contributing VND12 billion to establish Gia Tan Water Supply Joint Stock Company with the charter capital of VND60 billion. Therefore, Waseco will become a founding shareholder owning 20% stake of Gia Tan Water Supply Joint Stock Company.
