SBT: Resolution approved to raise capital & amend charter

Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.26 dated October 31, 2016 as follows:

 Articles 1: Board approved to raise charter capital of company:

 -  Charter capital increased from VND 1,947,610,330,000 up to VND 2,531,882,680,000

-  Number of shares after capital increase: 253,188,268 shares.

-  Purpose of capital increase: issue of shares to pay dividends & raise capital from the owner’s equity.

-  Time of capital increase: October 31, 2016

 Articles 2: Board approved to amend the company’s charter.

 Articles 3: This resolution will be effective from October 31, 2016.
