Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation announced Resolution No.02/2017/NQ-HĐQT date March 24, 2017 as follows:

-          BODs approved the company’s business result in 2016 and plan for 2017.

-          BODs approved to support the capital for Green Development and Investment Service Joint Stock Company which is a subsidiary of VSC according to the company’ s financial management regulation:

+ Amount: 65 billion dongs

+ Time for capital support: No more than 5 years

+ Interest rate: according to the company’ s financial management regulation.
