-          Short name: FLC FAROS BINH DINH CO., LTD

-          Address: Area 4, Nhon Ly – Cat Tien Beach Resort, Nhon Ly commune, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: 100,000,000,000 dongs

-          Owner: FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company

-          Capital contribution ratio: contributed 100% of charter capital in FLC Faros Binh Dinh Investment and Development Company Limited

-          Representative of stake: Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen is representative of stake of ROS in FLC Faros Binh Dinh Investment and Development Company Limited.
