VRC: Notice of change of personnel

Based on Resolution No.16/NQ.HĐQT dated April 03, 2017, BOSDs of Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Pham Van Phoi as CEO as from April 03, 2017.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Pham Van Phoi as Deputy CEO as from April 03, 2017.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh Nhu as Chairwoman of Bods cum the CEO as from April 03, 2017.
