Based on Resolution No.71/NQ.HĐQT dated April 05, 2017, BOSDs of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Hoang Xuan Chinh as Deputy Chairman of BODs cum member of BODs as from April 10, 2017.

-         BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen An Toan as member of BODs of FTM.
