VPK: The record date for stock issuance

On Jun 06, 2017, HOSE issued Announcement No.689/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company (VPK) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: Jun 23, 2017          
2. Record date: Jun 26, 2017            
3. Purpose: To raise charter capital from the owner’s equity.
4. Detailed information:

-       Exercise ratio: 1:0.875 (Those who own 01 share will receive 0.875 new share.)

-       Expected issue volume: 7,000,000 shares

-     How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
