SAV: The record date for stock issuance

On June 08, 2017, HOSE issued Announcement No.699/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Savimex Corporation (SAV) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: June 20, 2017         
2. Record date: June 21, 2017          
3. Purpose: To implement share purchase rights
4. Detailed information:

-       Expected issue volume: 1,115,557 shares

-       Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares.)

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
